Annual Household Hazardous Waste Day
October 25, 2014
9 am – 1 pm

At Blackham School, 425 Thorme Street,
corner of Thorme Street and Amsterdam Avenue

This free annual event is for Bridgeport residents to safely get rid of their household hazardous waste.

Pack your trunk with all materials; bring your CT Drivers License to show your Bridgeport home address; drive in through Thorme Street from Madison Avenue; stay in line to go around Amsterdam Avenue to School entrance.  You do not need to get out of your vehicle.  A hazardous waste team will check your contents, direct you in line and they will empty your vehicle. Residents should bring items in their original containers, placed in a cardboard box in the trunk of their car.

For more info, contact Dennis Scinto 576-8023, Dennis.Scinto@Bridgeportct.gov
